Privacy policy

We use data from the form and from call booking (name, phone or email, message text) only to reply and to arrange cooperation. We do not sell it to anyone.

Contacting businesses

What we do

We contact businesses and sole traders by e-mail or phone with an offer of a website, an online store or Google ads.

What data we hold

Company name, address, line of business, published business e-mail and phone, website, social media profiles, the name of the director or contact person and basic information about the website.

Where it comes from

Publicly available sources: company websites and public profiles, map and open data (such as Overture Maps) and the Slovak Register of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Public Authorities.

Why and on what basis

We use the data to offer our services to businesses. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We only send offers to published business contacts.

How long we keep it

At most 2 years from the last contact. If you refuse further messages, we keep only your address so that we do not write to you again.

Who works with it

We do not sell the data. It is processed only by our suppliers for sending and receiving mail, hosting and search (Brevo, Google, ImprovMX, Bluehost, Firecrawl). Some are based outside the EU, in which case standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards apply.

Your rights

You can object at any time: just reply “no” and we will not write to you again. You have the right to access, correct and erase your data and to restrict its processing. You can file a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
